📦 Shipping & Delivery

1. Do you ship all over India? Yes! We offer Pan-India shipping through our logistics partner, Shiprocket. Whether you are in a metro city or a smaller town, we’ll get our products to you.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive? Typically, orders are processed within 24–48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via SMS/email as soon as your order is dispatched.

3. What are the shipping charges? Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. We occasionally offer free shipping on orders above a certain value—keep an eye out for banners on our homepage!

💰 Payments

4. Can I pay via Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, we currently support COD for most pin codes in India. Please ensure someone is available to collect the order and make the payment when the courier arrives.

5. Do you accept UPI or Credit Cards? We are currently in the process of integrating a digital payment gateway. Very soon, you will be able to pay securely via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe), Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking.

🍎 Product Quality & Storage

6. How do I know the dry fruits and spices are fresh? At New Anand, we source premium quality produce and follow strict hygiene standards for packaging. Each pack is vacuum-sealed or airtight to ensure the aroma and crunch remain intact until they reach you.

7. How should I store the products after opening? To maintain freshness, we recommend transferring the products to an airtight glass or high-quality plastic container. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. For certain dry fruits like walnuts or raisins, refrigeration can extend shelf life during humid months.

🔄 Returns & Cancellations

8. Can I return a product if I don’t like it? Because we sell food items, we cannot accept returns for hygiene reasons once the seal is broken. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will send a replacement.

9. Can I cancel my order? You can cancel your order as long as it hasn’t been shipped. Once it is handed over to Shiprocket and a tracking ID is generated, we cannot cancel the delivery.
