Returns & Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature and health/hygiene standards of our products (Dry Fruits and Spices), we do not accept returns for “change of mind” once the package has been delivered.

However, we will offer a replacement or refund if:

The product was damaged during transit.
The wrong item was delivered to you.
There is a verifiable quality or contamination issue with the product.

Reporting Period:

Any issues regarding damage or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. To process your request, we require:

Your Order Number.
Clear photos or a short video of the damaged/incorrect product and the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable):

Seller Error: If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, we will arrange a return pickup at our own cost and issue a full refund or replacement.
Approved Returns: If a return is approved for an unopened, sealed product for other reasons, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping charges.
Timeline: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment (or via UPI for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order as long as it has not been handed over to our shipping partner. Once a tracking ID has been generated and the package is in transit, the order cannot be canceled.

Coupons and Discount Codes

One-time Use: Unless otherwise stated, each coupon code is valid for a single transaction per customer.
No Stacking: Promotional codes cannot be combined with other ongoing offers, clearance sales, or other coupon codes.
Non-Transferable: Coupons carry no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
Minimum Order Value: Certain coupons may only apply if your cart reaches a specific minimum amount (excluding shipping).
Right to Cancel: We reserve the right to cancel any order where a coupon was used fraudulently or due to a technical error.

Gift Vouchers

Validity: All gift vouchers issued by New Anand Dry Fruits and Garam Masale are valid for one year from the date of issuance.
Redemption: Vouchers can only be redeemed on our official website. They cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
Lost Vouchers: We are not responsible if a gift voucher is lost, stolen, or used without permission. Please treat your voucher code like cash.
Unused Balance: If your order value is less than the voucher amount, the remaining balance will stay in your voucher for future use until the expiry date.

Bulk & Custom Orders

For bulk purchases or corporate gifting, please contact us directly. Coupons available on the website are intended for retail customers and may not be applicable to bulk/wholesale pricing.
